促进学生发展的评价改革是基础教育课程改革的重要组成部分。未来社会的人才需求和基础课程改革都对学生评价提出了新的要求,当代教育科学的不断发展也给学生评价改革提供了理论依据。“在学校是一名好学生,将来在工作岗位上是一名好员工,走向社会以后成为一名好公民”的“新三好”,突出了学生培养的过程性、基础性和全面性的目标,体现了学生评价的时代性、丰富性和发展性原则。学校可通过完善课程设置、组织主题活动、提升学生信息素养、开展国际理解教育、实施教育共营计划等途径来达成“新三好”的培养目标。
