有些报纸将传统媒体之间的竞争和传统媒体与新媒体之间的竞争割裂开来,看不到两者之间的关联点。在制定同类媒体竞争策略时,不考虑新媒体的因素;在制定与新媒体的竞争策略时,又不考虑同类媒体的因素。
Some newspapers cut the competition between traditional media and the competition between traditional media and new media and can not see the connection between the two. When formulating competitive strategies of the same type of media, the factors of new media are not taken into consideration. Factors of similar media are not taken into consideration in formulating competitive strategies with new media.
