以苯酐、尿素、氯化铜等为主要原料,以钼酸铵和硼酸为催化剂采用固相法合成了铜酞菁;采用TG对其进行了热稳定性分析。结果表明,固相法合成铜酞菁,生产工艺简单易行;铜酞菁的热稳定性好,且主要取决于本身的结构,而与催化剂的类型无关。
Using phthalic anhydride, urea and copper chloride as the main raw materials, copper phthalocyanine was synthesized by solid state method using ammonium molybdate and boric acid as catalyst. The thermal stability of the synthesized copper phthalocyanine was analyzed by TG. The results show that solid state synthesis of copper phthalocyanine is simple and easy to manufacture. The thermal stability of copper phthalocyanine is good and mainly depends on the structure of copper phthalocyanine, but has nothing to do with the type of catalyst.
