目的 对比分析外踝外侧入路与后外侧入路法治疗方法在踝关节骨折治疗中所发挥的临床效果.方法 将本院于2018年2月至2020年2月诊治的踝关节骨折患者78例纳入研究,分为观察组和对照组,对照组应用外踝外侧入路手术,观察组应用后外侧入路法手术,对比两组患者治疗2个月后踝关节活动情况及2个月后踝关节功能优良率.结果 观察组患者术后踝关节活动效果显著优于对照组,术后2个月踝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 选择后外侧入路有助于踝关节功能的康复.
