目的 :了解少年女性性生理及性心理状况为少年性教育提供科学的依据。方法 :对 1 2 -1 8岁的少女 1 30人进行自编的性状况问卷调查 ,采用无记名方法自愿填写。结果 :少女对第二性征不知所措和有不良情绪反应的 30人 (2 3 1 % ) ,有手淫 99人 (76 2 % ) ,对手淫有不正确看法 46人(35 4% ) ,与异性有不正常交往 1 4人 (1 0 1 % ) ,受过性骚扰 2 1人 (1 6 2 % )。结论 :应在高小学生中开始进行性心理性生理知识的宣传以减少性发育对她们带来的不良心理反应 ,并进行以童真为主的性道德教育和关注少女受性骚扰问题
OBJECTIVE: To understand the sexual physiology and sexual psychology of adolescent girls to provide a scientific basis for adolescent sexual education. Methods: A total of 130 young girls aged 12-18 years were surveyed by questionnaire about their sexuality and voluntarily filled in by using the naming method. Results: There were 30 (23%) girls who had no knowledge about secondary sexual characteristics and had unpleasant reaction. There were 99 (76.2%) masturbation, 46 (35.4%) misconceptions about masturbation, There were 14 (101%) irregular interactions with the opposite sex and 21 (16.2%) were sexually harassed. Conclusions: Propagation of sexual psychophysiological knowledge among high school students should be started to reduce their adverse psychological reactions to sexual development and conduct sexual moral education mainly based on innocence and pay attention to sexual harassment of teenage girls
