全面地介绍和评述国内外关于Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系铝合金组织对性能影响的研究情况。Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金的组织主要由基体析出相(MPt)、晶间析出相(GBP)、晶界无析出带(PFZ)、抑制再结晶化合物(过渡族元素化合物)和杂质相,以及晶粒和亚结构组成。它们对合金的常温力学性能、断裂韧性和抗应力腐蚀开裂性能的影响极大,几乎决定着合金的所有宏观性能。因此,控制了合金组织,就控制了性能,而控制这些组织的主要途径是调控化学成分、加工工艺和热处理。
The research status of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu system on the properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy is introduced and reviewed comprehensively at home and abroad.
