为实现果蔬中10种植物生长延缓剂的同时测定,将超声提取技术和QuEChERS技术相结合对样品进行前处理。以含1%(V/V)乙酸的乙腈为提取剂,超声辅助提取,MgSO_4和乙二胺N-丙基硅烷(PSA)净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析。采用电喷雾离子化、正离子模式扫描、多反应监测进行检测,在优化条件下10种植物生长延缓剂线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.99,加标回收率为80.2%~112.5%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)≤13%(n=6),方法检出限和定量限分别为0.1~61μg/kg和0.3~200μg/kg。方法应用于100例果蔬样本中植物生长延缓剂的检测结果表明,可满足果蔬中10种植物生长延缓剂的残留检测要求。
To achieve the simultaneous determination of 10 plant growth retardants in fruits and vegetables, the samples were pretreated by a combination of ultrasonic extraction and QuEChERS techniques. Acetonitrile with 1% (V / V) acetic acid was used as extractant, and ultrasonic-assisted extraction was performed. The purification of MgSO_4 and ethylenediamine N-propylsilane (PSA) and the analysis by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were carried out. The results of electrospray ionization, positive ion mode scanning and multi-reaction monitoring showed that there was a good linear relationship between the ten plant growth retardants under the optimized conditions. The correlation coefficients (r2) were all greater than 0.99 and the recoveries were between 80.2% and 112.5% , Relative standard deviation (RSDs) ≤13% (n = 6). The detection limit and limit of quantification were 0.1 ~ 61μg / kg and 0.3 ~ 200μg / kg respectively. The method applied to the test of plant growth retardants in 100 samples of fruits and vegetables showed that it can meet the requirements of residue detection of 10 kinds of plant growth retardants in fruits and vegetables.
