针对辽河冷一联老化油,研制出低温高效的聚醚类破乳剂WL-146,最佳合成条件为:丙烯酸、马来酸酐摩尔比2:1,混合酸(以羧基计)、破乳剂单体(以羟基计)摩尔比1.3:1,引发剂BPO用量为混合酸质量的10%,聚合反应温度80℃,聚合时间2 h,酯化反应温度140℃,酯化时间6 h。用红外光谱法对所得改性破乳剂的结构进行了表征,并考察了其对辽河冷一联老化油的破乳脱水性能。结果表明,反应得到目标共聚物,反应较完全。WL-146破乳剂在70℃、加量400 mg/kg的条件下,对冷一联老化油的脱水率达78.54%,老化油三相分离明显,界面清晰,而标样SP-169对老化油的脱水率仅为20.40%。WL-146、SP-169破乳脱出水的电导率分别为325.00、248.00μs/cm2。WL-146破乳脱水效果好于SP-169。
Aiming at the Liaohe Cold Joint Aging Oil, a low temperature and high efficiency polyether demulsifier WL-146 was developed. The optimum synthesis conditions were: acrylic acid, maleic anhydride molar ratio 2: 1, mixed acid (Hydroxyl group) molar ratio of 1.3: 1, the amount of initiator BPO is 10% of the mixed acid, the polymerization temperature is 80 ℃, the polymerization time is 2 h, the esterification reaction temperature is 140 ℃ and the esterification time is 6 h. The structure of the obtained modified demulsifier was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The demulsification and dehydration performance of Liaohe Cold Joint Degradation Oil was also investigated. The results show that the reaction of the target copolymer, the reaction is more complete. The dehydration rate of WL-146 demulsifier was 78.54% at 70 ℃ and 400 mg / kg, the three-phase separation of aged oil was obvious and the interface was clear. The oil dehydration rate is only 20.40%. WL-146, SP-169 demulsification water out of the conductivity of 325.00,248.00μs / cm2. WL-146 demulsification dehydration better than the SP-169.
