我校开展创新理论学习后,认识到21世纪的人才不仅要求知识渊博,并且必须具有创新精神和实践能力,因而从98年下半年起就组织力量研究制订方案,提出《创新教育整体改革课题实验方案》,并在省教育学会获得立项。在此背景下,探索建立一套对教师和学生创新精神和素质的评价体系的课题也就提到议事日程上了。《创新教育教学评价体系的构建》,作为一级子课题也在泉州市教科所获得立项。
After our school carried out innovation theory learning, we realized that talents in the 21st century not only require knowledgeable knowledge, but also must have innovative spirit and practical ability. Therefore, from the second half of 1998, we organized the research and formulation of forces and put forward the “Innovation Education Overall Reform Project Experiment”. Program, and obtained the project in the provincial education society. In this context, the topic of exploring and establishing an evaluation system for the spirit and quality of teachers and students has also been mentioned on the agenda. The Construction of Innovative Education Teaching Evaluation System was also established as a first-level sub-project in the Quanzhou Institute of Education.
