目的 研究急性脑出血大鼠脑内HSP70 与NF κB的表达变化。方法 5 0只大鼠随机分为正常组 (10只 )、假手术组 (10只 )与模型组 (30只 )。用Ⅶ型胶原酶立体定位法复制急性脑出血动物模型 ,术后第1、3、7天观察脑组织病理学变化以及HSP70 和NF κB免疫组织化学。结果 病理学观察 ,模型组第 1天血肿明显 ,第 3天血肿有所缩小 ,第 7天血肿基本吸收。免疫组织化学染色示HSP70 与NF κB在脑内广泛表达 ,术后第 1天HSP70 表达主要在非手术侧皮质 ,术后第 3天HSP70 表达主要在手术侧皮质 ,其次在海马 ;NF κB表达主要在胼胝体 ,其次在皮质。结论 急性脑出血大鼠脑内HSP70 与NF κB表达增强 ,术后第 3天达高峰 ,且以皮质和胼胝体为主
Objective To study the changes of HSP70 and NF-κB in the brain of rats with acute intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into normal group (n = 10), sham operation group (n = 10) and model group (n = 30). Rat model of acute intracerebral hemorrhage was reproduced by Ⅶ collagenase stereotactic method. The histopathological changes and HSP70 and NF-κB immunohistochemistry were observed on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day after operation. Results Pathological observation showed that the hematoma of the model group was obvious on the first day, the hematoma was reduced on the third day, and the hematoma was basically absorbed on the seventh day. Immunohistochemical staining showed that HSP70 and NF-κB were widely expressed in the brain. The expression of HSP70 was mainly in the non-operative side of the cortex on the first postoperative day. The expression of HSP70 on the 3rd day after operation was mainly in the cortex on the operation side and secondly in the hippocampus.
