分析绿色住宅节能设计方案现有评价理论、方法,按项目的设计组成对其进行功能分解,建立了建筑节能设计方案综合评价的指标体系。运用三角模糊数互补判断矩阵的权重排序法确定功能评价系数,对各级指标体系进行了功能评判,并以价值工程基本理论为基础,构建了综合评价模型。结合实例,证明了模型的可操作性和合理性,评价过程实现了技术与经济的有效结合。
The existing evaluation theory and method of green house energy-saving design scheme are analyzed, and its function is decomposed according to the design of the project. The index system of comprehensive evaluation of building energy-saving design scheme is established. The function evaluation coefficient is determined by the weighted rank method of triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix, and the function evaluation is carried out on the index system at all levels. Based on the basic theory of value engineering, a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Combined with examples, the feasibility and rationality of the model are proved. The evaluation process has realized the effective combination of technology and economy.
