目的通过对新疆南部地区新生儿疾病筛查(简称新筛)基层工作人员的现状调查,了解新筛工作中存在的问题及各种影响因素,并针对主要问题提出改进措施。方法选择新疆南部地区44个县市采血机构的新筛工作人员进行问卷调查,采用Logistic回归方法对影响新筛工作开展的相关因素进行分析。结果回收有效问卷244份,维吾尔族工作人员占75.00%,初级职称占79.51%、专职从事新筛工作的仅占29.92%。经Logistic回归模式进行多因素分析,工作人员的职称(P=0.013)、是否有专职的新筛工作人员(P=0.00),新筛工作年限(P=0.014)及上级是否定期督导检查(P=0.034)对筛查率的上升的影响,其差异有统计学意义。结论工作人员是否专职以及上级部门对新筛工作的重视程度直接影响筛查率的提高。针对新生儿筛查工作人员的培训模式的转变对新生儿筛查工作的发展至关重要。
Objective To investigate the status quo of grassroots workers in neonatology screening in the southern part of Xinjiang to understand the problems existing in the new screening work and various influencing factors and to propose the improvement measures for the main problems. Methods A new screening staff of 44 blood collection agencies in 44 counties of southern Xinjiang was selected for questionnaire survey. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the new screening work. Results 244 valid questionnaires were collected, accounting for 75.00% of the Uighur staff, 79.51% of junior titles and 29.92% of the full-time new screeners. Logistic regression model was used to conduct multivariate analysis. The professional titles (P = 0.013), the number of full-time new screening staff (P = 0.00), the length of new screening work (P = 0.014) = 0.034) on the screening rate increased, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Whether full-time staff members and higher-level departments attach great importance to the new screening work will directly affect the screening rate. Changes in the training model for neonatal screening staff are crucial for the development of neonatal screening.
