文章探讨了单个供应商和多个零售商面临二级市场下的单个产品的库存管理问题。研究了零售商和供应链中的库存决策,重点关注了二级市场和供应链契约带来的影响。研究结果表明,二级市场可以帮助增加产品的总批发量,而且提升了整个销售利润。然而,二级市场同样使零售商在库存管理决策上脱离于原本供应链的库存水平,导致零售商在供应链协调上,需要设计产品回购契约和销售回扣契约。计算结果证明,在一定的假设条件下,为零售商的订货决策提供了有益的参考。
The article explores the issue of inventory management for individual products in the secondary market by a single supplier and multiple retailers. Studied inventory decisions in retailers and supply chains, with a focus on the effects of secondary markets and supply chain contracts. The results show that the secondary market can help increase the total product wholesale volume, but also enhance the overall sales profit. However, the secondary market also allows retailers to deviate from inventory management decisions in the original supply chain inventory levels, resulting in retailers in the supply chain coordination, the need to design the product repurchase contract and sales rebate contract. The calculation results show that under certain assumptions, it provides a useful reference for the retailer’s order decision.
