玉米灰斑病在云南冷凉山区严重发生。本研究在玉米大喇叭口期,每667 m2取10 kg砂土分别与200 g的70%丙森锌WP,20 g的43%戊唑醇SC,22 g的25%苯醚甲环唑WP和100 g的40%丙环唑ME混合均匀后,施入喇叭口中,在收获前7 d的防治效果分别达49.21%,54.88%,44.88%,75.32%,挽回产量28.70%,23.08%,47.48%,76.71%。以各药剂同样剂量分别兑水50 kg后叶面喷雾,且间隔10 d再喷施1次,与药土法同期调查的防治效果分别达48.02%,50.75%,41.03%,72.55%,挽回产量16.26%,9.40%,16.66%,35.51%。药土法用药少,施药方便,效果好,可在山区推广应用。
