对名校集团化的成效与问题进行分析,发现在后名校集团化时期出现了学校发展的规模、管理、再生等问题。拱墅区以区域教育高位均衡发展为目标,提出了学校发展群的学校组织形态,它侧重于指导性构建、共享共赢和校际合作,并就教师交流、教师研修等方面进行了实践探索,取得了一定的成效。
