受到高校扩张和全球经济不景气的影响,高校毕业生就业成为当前的一大难题。在此深入分析了高校毕业生职业指导工作的现状,提出了高校职业指导工作中存在的三个问题即职业指导课程内容缺乏系统性,职业指导的人员专业化程度不高,职业指导的方法和手段没有有效性和针对性,并分析了问题的原因是因为高校对职业指导工作的重视程度不够,就业导向性导致职业指导工作的功利性。针对以上原因,提出了促进毕业生就业的职业指导工作的几点做法:改变观念,加强对职业指导工作的重视程度,构建全程化的职业生涯规划指导课程体系,建立专业职业指导队伍,改变职业指导的形式等,希望对实际工作有一定的借鉴和参考意义。
By the expansion of universities and the global economic downturn, employment of college graduates has become a major problem. In this paper, the status quo of career guidance for college graduates is analyzed in detail, and three problems exist in the career guidance for colleges and universities. That is, the content of career guidance courses is lack of systematization and professional guidance, and the methods of vocational guidance are not high There is no validity and pertinence of the means, and the reason of the problem is analyzed because colleges pay less attention to vocational guidance, and employment guidance leads to utilitarianism of career guidance. In view of the above reasons, this paper puts forward several ways to promote career guidance for graduates: changing their concepts, strengthening their emphasis on career guidance, constructing a full-time career guidance curriculum system, establishing professional guidance teams and changing occupations Guidance form, hoping to have some reference and reference significance for practical work.
