To study the toxicity of acrylonitrile to rat liver. Forty male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 animals in each group: 0 mg / kg (group A), 5 mg / kg (group B), 15 mg / kg (Group D) were intragastrically administered once a day for 5 times a week for 7 weeks after the last 15 weeks. The rest were continued to be administered until 22 weeks. The result shows that 4
