本文在实验室催化剂丁烯-2氧化脱氢动力学考察的基础上,对工业装置稳定运转300小时后的催化剂进行了动力学考察。给出了各反应步骤的幂函数动力学方程。研究了丁二烯的阻抑作用。对丁烯-2总转化的Arrhenius图上出现活化能转折现象也进行了探讨。
Based on the investigation of kinetics of oxidative dehydrogenation of butene-2 in laboratory catalyst, the kinetics of the catalyst after 300 hours of stable operation of industrial plant was investigated. The power function kinetic equations for each reaction step are given. The inhibitory effect of butadiene was studied. The phenomenon of activation energy transition on the Arrhenius plot of the total conversion of butene-2 was also discussed.
