多元文化是地理教育的重要内容,加拿大地理教育中的多元文化教育内容丰富、形式多样,其中安大略省的“移民”教学设计给我们诸多启示:在安大略省,课程设计的权利更多地交给学校和教师,为教师开展地理教学提供了极大的空间;在开展教学时,根据多元文化的特点,充分利用各种课程资源,组织学生开展各种活动;对学生的评价多采用“质性”评价为主。
