目的 :探讨牙科直接数字成像技术诊断龋病的可行性。方法 :采用离体带牙人头颅骨 ,根据图像质量确定牙科直接数字成像仪的最佳曝光时间 ,然后运用该投射条件在临床上对无龋牙和龋坏牙摄像 ,并在图像质量和诊断准确性上与传统牙片进行比较。结果 :①确定了直接数字成像在不同牙位的最佳曝光时间。②直接数字图像和传统牙片在图像合格率和龋病诊断准确性上均无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但图像优秀率前者高于后者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :直接数字成像技术可用于临床龋病诊断
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of direct dental digital imaging in the diagnosis of dental caries. Methods: The optimal exposure time of dental direct digital imager was determined according to the image quality by using the skull of the spondylosis in vitro, and then the toothless dental caries and dental caries were recorded clinically by using the projection conditions. The image quality and diagnostic accuracy Sexually compared with traditional teeth. Results: ① The optimal exposure time of direct digital imaging at different tooth positions was determined. There was no significant difference between the direct digital images and the conventional dental radiographs in the diagnostic accuracy of the images and the caries (P> 0.05), but the former was higher than the latter (P <0.05). Conclusion: Direct digital imaging can be used in clinical diagnosis of dental caries
