用流式细胞光度术发现七种争光霉素组分(A_2+B_2混合品,A_2,A_2,A_5,A_6,A_(5033)和B_2)都使中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO)阻断在G_2期,而对G_1→S→G_2的进行无影响。这种G_2期阻断呈剂量依赖性。不同组分的G_2阻断效应不同,在40 μg/ml时,以A_4和A_5最强,其次为A_6,A_2,A_2+B_2混合物和B_2,而A_(5033)无影响。用等毒性剂量,所有组分都使小鼠艾氏腹水癌产生多倍化细胞。由于争光霉素的G_2期阻断效应与抑瘤存在着平行关系,我们认为争光霉素的抑瘤作用与癌细胞被阻断在G_2期有关。
Flow cytometric analysis showed that seven bleomycin-resistant components (A_2 + B_2, A_2, A_2, A_5, A_6, A_ (5033) and B_2) blocked Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) , But did not affect G_1 → S → G_2. This G2 phase block was dose-dependent. The G 2 blocking effects of different components were different. At 40 μg / ml, A_4 and A_5 were the strongest, followed by A_6, A_2, A_2 + B_2 and B_2, but A_ (5033) had no effect. Equivalent toxic dose, all components of mouse Ehrlich ascites tumor produce polyploid cells. Because of the G 2 phase antagonistic effect of bleomycin and anti-tumor exist parallel relationship, we think that anti-tumor effect of bleomycin and cancer cells are blocked in G 2 phase.
