淮南矿区“三软”煤层开采条件复杂。在“三软”6 m厚煤层一次采全高过程中,运用计算机FLAC数值模拟软件系统分析了随着工作面推进距离的增加,顶底板的垮落特征。工作面刚开始推进时,顶板的垂直位移范围要比底板大,但是底板的垂直位移最大值要大于顶板的垂直位移最大值。随着工作面的不断推进,顶板的垂直位移最大值逐渐接近并大于底板的垂直位移最大值,当工作面推进30 m时,顶底板的垂直位移相接近。现场生产时,应加强工作面前方煤壁的应力监测监控,防止煤壁大面积片帮,前期还应该注重底板的防治。
Huainan mining area “three soft ” seam mining conditions are complex. In the process of full-height mining of “3 soft” 6 m thick coal seam, the characteristics of roof and floor caving are analyzed with the increase of working face propulsion distance by using the computer FLAC numerical simulation software system. When the working face just starts to push forward, the vertical displacement range of the roof is larger than the floor, but the maximum vertical displacement of the floor is greater than the maximum vertical displacement of the roof. With the continuous improvement of the working face, the maximum vertical displacement of the roof gradually approached and exceeded the maximum vertical displacement of the roof. When the working face was advanced by 30 m, the vertical displacements of the roof and floor were close. On-site production, should strengthen the front of the coal wall stress monitoring monitoring work to prevent a large area of coal gangsters, early should also focus on the prevention and control of the floor.
