云南红茶以特有的香高味浓而著称于世,在日益激烈的红茶国际竞争环境下,开展优质红茶种质资源的筛选,对提高云南红茶的产品质量和市场竞争力显得尤为重要。以51个云南省茶树种质资源鲜叶为材料,通过对红碎茶感官审评和生化成分的鉴定、评价。筛选出一批红碎茶品质优良且内含物质丰富的茶树种质资源,可以作为进一步深入研究的重要资源,也可为有针对性地合理开发利用和培育红茶茶树品种提供优良育种材料。
Yunnan black tea is famous for its unique high flavor and strong flavor. Under the increasingly fierce black tea international competition environment, the screening of high quality black tea germplasm resources is particularly important to improve the product quality and market competitiveness of Yunnan black tea. Fifty-one Yunnan fresh tea germplasm resources were used as material to evaluate the sensory evaluation and biochemical composition of the red broken tea. A batch of tea germplasm resources with fine quality and abundant substances are selected, which can be used as an important resource for further in-depth research. It can also provide excellent breeding materials for the rational development and utilization of black tea tea varieties.
