“后进生”是高校英语教学中普遍存在的一个特殊群体,全面提高高等教育质量的新形势下,“后进生”教育和转化应该受到重视。坚持多元智力的视角,需要对“后进生”进行重新认识,尊重并利用学生个性差异去改进教学,对学生进行多元化评价。善于总结和发现不同类型“后进生”的特征,在课堂教学活动中贯彻多元激励策略,有助于提高英语课堂教学效果。
“Afterlife ” is a special group that exists universally in college English teaching. Under the new situation of improving the quality of higher education in an all-round way, education and transformation of “post-graduation ” should be taken seriously. Adhere to the perspective of multiple intelligences, we need to make a new understanding of “afterlife ”, respect and make use of individual differences in students to improve teaching, to carry out a wide range of evaluation of students. Being good at summarizing and discovering the characteristics of different types of “backward students”, implementing diversified motivation strategies in classroom teaching activities can help to improve the English classroom teaching effect.
