Objective: To investigate the content of vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF-A) and its receptors VEGFR1 and VEGFR2 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with good glycemic control and its clinical significance. Methods: In this study, 31 type 2 diabetic patients with well-controlled blood glucose control and no obvious macrovascular or microvascular disease were selected as the experimental group (experimental group), 30 healthy volunteers as the control group, the same period to detect patients and healthy volunteers fasting Blood glucose, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin, and serum VEGF-A, VEGFR1 and VEGFR2 levels, and compared and statistical analysis. Important Conclusions: The results show that the serum levels of VEGF-A and its receptors, VEGFR1 and VEGFR2, in patients with well-controlled glycemic control are similar to those in healthy volunteers, with no significant difference between the two, suggesting that the levels of Reasonable control can delay the occurrence of vascular complications. At the same time, there is a negative correlation between serum VEGFR2 level and HDL-C level in patients with type 2 diabetes, but there is a positive correlation between serum VEGF-A, VEGFR2 levels and triglyceride level, which also indicates that patients with diabetes have dyslipidemia May be involved in the regulation of angiogenesis.
