EPC项目承建的主要流程为设计、采购、施工,根据这三个阶段,运用结构方程的方法,建立了国际EPC项目成本影响因素分析模型。对模型的拟合度和数据信度进行了检验,论证了模型的可靠性。该模型通过对建筑企业已承接国际项目的经验进行问卷调查,分析企业在设计、采购、施工三个阶段各自控制成本的能力。最后分析出企业承接国际EPC项目总的控制成本的能力,为企业是否具有承接国际EPC项目或是国际项目的能力的判断提供了参考意见,并为企业进行成本控制提供了具体方向。
EPC project construction of the main process for the design, procurement, construction, according to these three stages, the use of structural equation method, the establishment of an international EPC project cost impact factor analysis model. The fitting degree and data reliability of the model were tested, and the reliability of the model was demonstrated. Through a questionnaire survey on the experiences that construction companies have undertaken international projects, this model analyzes the ability of enterprises to control their costs in each of the three stages of design, procurement and construction. Finally, it analyzes the ability of enterprises to undertake the total control cost of international EPC projects, provides reference for enterprises whether they have the ability to undertake international EPC projects or international projects, and provides a concrete direction for enterprises to control costs.
