个体的组织政治技能是一个多维结构,可以从三个层面进行理解:个体过程、人际过程、团体过程。本研究探讨了在中国文化背景下组织政治技能在人际之间的影响作用,研究结果显示,组织政治技能对领导成员交换关系(LMX)和同事关系质量(CRQ)都具有一定的影响作用,进而影响着个体的职业发展;印象管理对于LMX和CRQ的影响作用并不明显,印象管理在组织政治技能与人际关系质量之间的中介作用也不显著。
Individual organizational political skills is a multidimensional structure that can be understood from three levels: individual process, interpersonal process, and group process. This study explores the influence of organizational political skills on interpersonal context in the context of Chinese culture. The results show that organizational political skills have a certain impact on leadership exchange (LMX) and peer relationship quality (CRQ) Affect the career development of individuals; the effect of impression management on LMX and CRQ is not obvious, and the mediation effect of impression management between organizational political skills and the quality of interpersonal relationships is not significant.
