本研究的目的在于评价缺铁与复发性阿食它溃疡(简称RAU)的关系。本文用放射免疫的方法测定了52例RAU患者和54例正常对照的血清铁蛋白水平(简称SFL)。患者和正常对照均分为男女两组,女性患者根据年龄又进一步分成25岁以下组,25～34岁组和35～50岁组。正常对照组的年龄分布尽量与患者接近。正常男性与RAU男性的SFL之间的差异无显著性,正常女性与相应年令的RAU女性SFL之间的差异有高度显著性,本文显示RAU女性患者铁贮存量显著降低,这种降低可能与月经和生育有关。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between iron deficiency and recurrent Asclepias ulcer (RAU). In this paper, the serum levels of ferritin (SFL) were measured in 52 RAU patients and 54 normal controls by radioimmunoassay. Patients and normal controls were divided into two groups. The female patients were further divided into 25 years old group, 25 ~ 34 years old group and 35 ~ 50 years old group according to their age. The age distribution of the normal control group as close to the patient as possible. There was no significant difference in SFL between normal men and RAU men, and the difference between normal women and SFU women with corresponding year-old RAF was highly significant. This paper shows that there is a significant reduction in iron stores in women with RAU, which may be related to Menstruation and fertility.
