铁路功率调节器(RPC)是解决电气化铁路电能质量问题的有效方法。由于RPC常处在电压频率突变、谐波污染等非理想电网环境下,针对RPC中传统锁相环频率跟踪响应慢、含有稳态振荡等缺陷,提出了一种基于可变采样周期的新型单相锁相环(Variable Sampling Period Single-phase Phase-Locked Loop,VSP-PLL)。通过控制采样时间来及时跟踪频率变化,响应速度快;并对戈泽尔滤波器进行优化设计,可滤除相位差中特定频次稳态振荡;该锁相环整体结构简单、易于数字化实现。理论分析和仿真结果验证了该锁相环的有效性。
Railway Power Regulator (RPC) is an effective way to solve the power quality problems of electrified railway. Because RPC is often under the non-ideal grid environment such as abrupt change of voltage frequency and harmonic pollution, the traditional phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency tracking response is slow and contains steady-state oscillations. A new type of single- Variable Sampling Period Single-phase Phase-Locked Loop (VSP-PLL). By controlling the sampling time to track the frequency changes in time, the response speed is fast. The Goertzel filter is optimized to eliminate the steady-state oscillation of a specific frequency in the phase difference. The overall structure of the phase-locked loop is simple and easy to digitize. Theoretical analysis and simulation results verify the validity of the PLL.
