本文研究45钢渗硼零件在热处理过程中的氧化,在大气中的锈蚀以及在几种稀酸中的耐蚀性能。试验结果证明渗硼刀片在热处理过程中的氧化关键取决于淬火介质的氧化能力,选用水淬油冷工艺,解决了渗硼刀片在生产过程中的氧化。研究结果表明,在还原性或较弱的氧化性的稀酸介质中,渗硼表面有较高的耐蚀性,但是,由于Fe_2B柱状晶之间不致密,引起渗硼试片发生“选择性腐蚀”,在较强的氧化性介质中,渗硼表面不耐腐蚀。
This article studies the 45 steel boronizing parts oxidation in the heat treatment, corrosion in the atmosphere and in several dilute acid corrosion resistance. The test results show that the key factor of the oxidation of boronizing blade during heat treatment depends on the oxidation ability of quenching medium. The water quenching and oil cooling technology is adopted to solve the oxidation of boronizing blade in the production process. The results show that the boronizing surface has high corrosion resistance in the reducing or weak oxidizing dilute acid medium.
