简要介绍了目前对JIT准时化问题、E/T问题的研究状况,建立了一个该问题的数学模型。给出在此基础之上结合遗传算法和调度算法,并考虑Job-Shop生产环境特点的遗传调度算法。计算机仿真表明,该算法对这个复杂问题的解决效果是良好的。
This paper briefly introduces the current research on JIT quasi-time and E / T problems, and establishes a mathematical model of the problem. Based on this, a genetic scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm and scheduling algorithm and considering the features of Job-Shop production environment is given. Computer simulation shows that the algorithm is effective in solving this complex problem.
