对小克银汉霉药物代谢模型转化中药山茱萸进行研究。筛选出优质液体发酵培养基,并从3种小克银汉霉中筛选出雅致小克银汉霉作为建立中药山茱萸药物代谢模型的菌种,采用LC-Tof/MS对山茱萸经雅致小克银汉霉转化后的化学成分进行分析,并与其经大鼠肝、肠微粒体的转化产物进行比较。LC-Tof/MS法在山茱萸中共检测出23种化合物,包括五环三萜、环烯醚萜、黄酮、有机酸等成分,其中雅致小克银汉霉代谢模型对熊果酸、2-羟基熊果酸、马钱苷、7-O-丁基莫诺苷、7-O-乙基莫诺苷、马鞭草苷、山奈酚、槲皮素、柚皮素、亚麻酸、5-羟甲基糠醛的转化情况,与肠微粒体和肝微粒体基本一致;对7-O-甲基莫诺苷元和酒石酸的转化情况,与肠微粒体或肝微粒体基本一致;7-O-甲基莫诺苷、莫诺苷、7-O-丁基莫诺苷元、獐芽菜苷、硬脂酸、5,5’-二甲基糠醛醚、β-谷甾醇,小克银汉霉对其基本不转化。表明小克银汉霉药物代谢模型对中药山茱萸及其成分有一定的转化能力。

The results showed that the drug metabolism model of C. microcarpa had certain transformation ability to Chinese medicine Dogwood and its components.
