为寻找控制垸内沟渠开放水网型地区血吸虫病的有效方法,我们于1992—1993年在江陵县资市镇花章村进行了一次性人畜同步化疗控制日本血吸虫病效果的观察.材料和方法1 试区概况 花章村位于荆州四湖水系上游,属典型垸内沟渠开放水网型血吸虫病流行区.农作物以稻、麦、油菜、棉花为主.现有耕地185.6ha,其中水田87.4ha.该村总人口1125人,7个村民小组.水牛80头.2 居民感染情况 化疗前对该村采用孵化与Kato-Katz法粪检普查986人,查出阳性291人,粪阳率为29.5%,病人EPG均值为14.6,人群EPG均值为4.3.
