本文首次进行了可变几何涡轮增压器(V.G.T.)和供油正时调节器(F.I.T.)二维联合控制以改善柴油机最大扭矩、加速性能及排放的研究。对上海柴油机厂D 114ZQ柴油机的涡轮增压器和供油系统作了改造,研制了以8031单片微机为核心的采集器和在线控制器,开发了以286微机为核心的集散式试验控制系统,其软件采用了WINDOWS结构.通过理论分析和计算机模拟计算,制定了控制策略.
In this paper, the first joint study of two-dimensional joint control of variable geometry turbocharger (V.G.T.) and fuel timing regulator (F.I.T.) was carried out to improve the maximum torque, acceleration performance and emission of diesel engine. The turbocharger and oil supply system of D114ZQ diesel engine of Shanghai Diesel Engine Factory was modified. A collector and online controller with 8031 single-chip microprocessor as its core was developed. The distributed test control system with 286 microcomputer as its core was developed , The software uses the WINDOWS structure.Through the theoretical analysis and computer simulation, the control strategy is formulated.
