目的:亚甲蓝分光光度法是测定消毒食(饮)具中十二烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的国家标准方法之一,但其实验操作步骤复杂,需要进行多次萃取,繁琐耗时,试剂用量大。本法以简化操作步骤、改进实验方法为目的。方法:经过多次试验,可以使用125 m l分液漏斗,一次性完成萃取和洗涤步骤,直接取有机相进行比色分析。结果:本法相对偏差小于3%(n=10),回收率范围91%~100%,经t检验,本法所测定的结果与国标法所测定的结果无显著性差异。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: Methylene blue spectrophotometry is one of the national standard methods for the determination of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate residues in disinfecting food (drink), but the experimental operation steps are complicated and need to be extracted several times, which is cumbersome and time-consuming Large amount of reagent. Methods: After several tests, a 125 ml separatory funnel was used to perform the extraction and washing steps in one go, and the organic phase was taken directly for colorimetric analysis. Results: The relative deviation of this method was less than 3% (n = 10) and the recovery range was 91% -100%. By t-test, there was no significant difference between the results of this method and those of national standard method. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is worth popularizing and applying.
