通过分析高师院校师范生应具备的各项教师职业技能及目前教师职业技能培养过程中存在的问题,结合历史专业特点和教师职业技能训练的实践经验,提出高师院校历史师范生教师职业技能培养必须本科四年从整体上统筹安排,循序渐进,合理组织学生的教师职业技能训练,使高师院校师范毕业生具有扎实的教师职业技能,胜任以后中学历史教学工作。
By analyzing the teachers’ vocational skills and teacher’s present problems in the process of teacher’s professional skills training in normal universities and colleges, this paper puts forward the professional skills of teachers in normal universities and colleges, combining with the professional characteristics of history and the practical experience of teacher’s vocational skills training In order to cultivate the undergraduates, it is necessary to make overall arrangement according to the four-year plan. Gradually and reasonably organize the training of teachers’ vocational skills so that normal college teachers and graduates can have a solid teaching career skill and become qualified teachers for later middle school history teaching.
