本文介绍了有机锗(Ge132)调节IFN—Mφ对带瘤动物的抑瘤效应,及Ge132对氨基甲酸乙酯诱发性肿瘤的影响。结果表明:(一)Ge_(132)能诱生γ—IFN激活巨噬细胞,发挥对IFN—Mφ的正性调节作用,实现了对肿瘤细胞的攻击。(二)Ge_(132)可明显抑制氨基甲酸乙酯诱发性小鼠肺腺瘤的发生。提示Ge_(132)是一种有前途的生物反应调整剂。
This article describes the effect of organogermanium (Ge132) on the inhibitory effect of IFN-Mφ on tumor-bearing animals and the effect of Ge132 on ethyl carbamate-induced tumors. The results showed that: (1) Ge_(132) can induce γ-IFN to activate macrophages and exert a positive regulatory effect on IFN-Mφ, thus realizing the attack on tumor cells. (2) Ge_(132) significantly inhibited the occurrence of urethane-induced mouse lung adenomas. It is suggested that Ge_(132) is a promising biological response modifier.
