目的研究红树植物海芒果(Cerbera manghas L)果实的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶色谱等色谱技术对海芒果果实的体积分数95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从海芒果果实中分离得到了15个化合物,其中酚酸类化合物11个,为苯甲酸(benzoic acid,1),香草酸(vanillic acid,2),香草醛(vanillin,3),对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,4),间醛基苯甲酸(isophthalaldehydic acid,5),β-hydroxypropiovanillone(6),ficusol(7),楝叶吴萸素B(evafolin B,8),3,4’-dihydroxypropiophenone(9),对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,10),原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,11);单萜类化合物1个,为海芒果醛(cerbinal,12);强心苷类化合物2个,为17-β-neriifolin(13)、cerberin(14);三萜类化合物1个,为熊果酸(ursolic acid,15)。结论 除化合物13,14外其他均为首次从海芒果果实中分离得到,化合物5为一新天然产物,化合物1,3,6~9,15为首次从海芒果属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the fruit of mangrove Cerbera manghas L. Methods The 95% ethanol extract of sea mango fruit was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic data and physico-chemical properties. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from sea mango fruits, of which eleven phenolic compounds were benzoic acid (1), vanillic acid (2), vanillin (3), p-hydroxy P-hydroxybenzaldehyde (4), isophthalaldehydic acid (5), β-hydroxypropiovanillone (6), ficusol (7), evafolin B (8) dihydroxypropiophenone (9), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (10) and protocatechuic acid (11), and one monoterpene compound was cerbinal (12) Two compounds were 17-β-neriifolin (13) and cerberin (14), and one triterpene was ursolic acid (15). CONCLUSION Compounds 13 and 14 were isolated from sea mango fruit for the first time. Compound 5 was a new natural product. Compounds 1, 3, 6-9, 15 were isolated from sea mango for the first time.
