应用悬汞电极和金属铂电极测试了牛红细胞Cu2Zn2SOD分别在PH7.0的0.05mol/L硫酸钠溶液及pH7.26的0.1mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液中的氧化还原电位,发现-0.016V(vs.NHE)处有一还原峰,+0.705V(VS.NHE)处有一氧化峰,并对其进行讨论.
The redox potential of bovine red blood cell Cu2Zn2SOD in 0.05mol / L sodium sulfate solution of PH7.0 and 0.1mol / L phosphate buffer solution of pH7.26 respectively was tested by hanging mercury electrode and metal platinum electrode. A reduction peak at 016V (vs.NHE) and an oxidation peak at +0.705V (VS.NHE) are discussed and discussed.
