多基色显示系统采用增加基色数量的方法能有效地扩大显示器的再现色域。针对三基色到多基色的映射线性方程组解的不唯一性,提出了一种基于亮度最大的线性规划优化算法。该方法根据颜色亮度和色域之间的关系,用线性规划求得亮度最大值时的最优解。最后将该算法运用到了五基色显示系统。结果表明,白点亮度达到了最大值,同时系统的色域较三基色显示系统扩大了约20%。
Multi-primary display system to increase the number of primary colors can effectively expand the display color reproduction. Aiming at the non-uniqueness of the solutions of the mapping linear equations from trichromatic to multi-primary colors, a linear programming optimization algorithm based on maximum brightness is proposed. According to the relationship between color brightness and color gamut, this method obtains the optimal solution when the maximum brightness is obtained by linear programming. Finally, the algorithm is applied to the five primary color display system. The results show that the white point brightness reached its maximum, while the system’s color gamut than the trichromatic display system expanded by about 20%.
