笔者是一位小学二年级的班主任,也是一名语文教师。对于低年级学生而言,心理健康问题并不普遍,但是良好行为习惯的养成、道德品质的培养却比什么都重要。笔者深知习惯、品德的培养不仅需要专门指导,更应渗透在每一堂课的教学中。除了枯燥无味的灌输,还应尊重孩子爱玩的天性。一了解情况我刚接手二年级三班,就发现这群孩子在学习习惯上比较滞后,他们没有读书时看字的习惯,大多数都倾向于“读望天书”。这必将影响孩子的成绩,时间久了,更会造成部
