根据单糖与邻甲苯胺加成缩合反应的显色特征选择合适的实验条件,并研究用偏最小二乘法(PLS)辅助可见分光光度法对吸收光谱重叠较严重的葡萄糖、果糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖4组分的模拟混合试样和蜂蜜样品进行同时分析,处理测定后的数据,得到葡萄糖、果糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖单个成分的含量。模拟混合试样葡萄糖、果糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖的平均回收率分别为101.7%、101.0%、101.0%和100.1%。本法测量体系稳定,成本低,无需分离,操作简便,结果可靠。
The suitable experimental conditions were selected according to the color development characteristics of the addition condensation reaction between monosaccharide and o-toluidine and the influence of glucose, fructose, arabinose and glucose on the absorption spectrum overlapped by visible spectrophotometry with partial least squares (PLS) The simulated mixed sample of xylose 4 components and the honey sample were simultaneously analyzed and the data after the measurement were processed to obtain the individual components of glucose, fructose, arabinose and xylose. The average recoveries of glucose, fructose, arabinose and xylose in the simulated mixed samples were 101.7%, 101.0%, 101.0% and 100.1%, respectively. This method of measuring the stability of the system, low cost, without separation, easy to operate, the results are reliable.
