文章介绍了天峨至乐业二级公路№6标K19+533高架大桥2~#与3~#墩桩孔开挖、钢筋骨架的制作及吊装、水下砼的灌注及出现灌注事故时的现场处理方法。由于施工人员的艰苦努力,且在出现灌注事故时现场处理措施得当,所以该高架大桥桩基施工最终顺利完成,桩基成品质量全部符合《公路工程质量检验评定标准》要求。
This paper introduces the excavation of 2 ~ # and 3 ~ # pier pillars of No.2 standard K19 + 533 viaduct of Tian’e-Leye Grade II Highway, the making and lifting of reinforced skeleton, the pouring of underwater concrete and the occurrence of pouring accident On-site approach. Due to the arduous efforts of construction personnel and proper site handling measures in case of pouring accident, the pile foundation construction of the viaduct bridge was completed successfully. The quality of the finished pile products all met the requirements of Highway Engineering Quality Inspection and Assessment Standards.
