利用OH-PLIF测试技术在狭缝燃烧器上考察了不同壁面条件对平行平板间甲烷/空气预混火焰壁面附近处OH浓度分布的影响。实验结果表明,随着壁面间距的减小,狭缝火焰出现不稳定传播现象,不同壁面温度下不稳定传播现象不同。壁面附近OH浓度越高,熄火间距越小。壁面附近的OH浓度是决定熄火间距的关键因素,而火焰的OH浓度峰值只表示中心火焰的强弱。光滑表面附近可以维持较高的OH浓度,熄火间距比粗糙表面小。
OH-PLIF test technique was used to investigate the effect of different wall conditions on the distribution of OH concentration in the vicinity of the methane / air premixed flame wall between parallel flat plates on slit burner. The experimental results show that with the decrease of the wall spacing, the slit flame appears unsteady propagation phenomenon, and the phenomena of unstable propagation at different wall temperatures are different. The higher the OH concentration near the wall, the smaller the flameout distance. The concentration of OH near the wall surface is the key factor that determines the flameout distance. The peak of OH concentration in the flame only indicates the strength of the center flame. A higher OH concentration can be maintained near the smooth surface with a smaller flameout pitch than the roughened surface.
