企业岗位培训的试点已经搞了几年了,农村实用技术培训也有了长足的发展。作为成人教育的教学研究工作应该重视对它们的研究,指导、服务于此,使之健康地、迅速地发展,实为当务之急,势在必行。近日,我们下基层调查,基层同志普遍反映,他们感到最苦恼的一个问题,就是在教学方面遇到的困难最多。譬如师资队伍如何提高,教材如何编选,教学环节如何安排等等。他们迫切希望得到教学研究部门的及时指导。 Pilot job training has been engaged in a few years, rural practical training has also made considerable development.
