目的 观察富含缓释淀粉的肠内营养乳剂对 2型糖尿病患者血糖、血浆胰岛素曲线下面积及空腹血糖的影响。方法 30例 2型糖尿病患者 ,采用前后自身对照的方法比较第 1天 (服用对照标准早餐 )和第 2、3天 (以“瑞代”作为早餐 )空腹和餐后血糖以及胰岛素水平的变化。结果 第 3天的空腹和餐后 1h血糖水平明显低于第 1天 (P <0 .0 1) ,血糖曲线下面积 (AUCG)也明显下降 (P =0 .0 0 5 ) ,但餐前及餐后胰岛素曲线下面积(AUCI)的差异无显著性 (P =0 .86 1) ;另外研究发现胰岛素抵抗稳态模型分析 (HOMA IR)呈下降趋势 (P =0 .0 2 1)。结论 富含缓释淀粉的肠内营养乳剂与对照标准早餐相比 ,能有助于改善胰岛素的抵抗 ,降低空腹及餐后血糖 ,且无需改变糖尿病患者的治疗方案 ,是一种适合于 2型糖尿病患者服用的安全的肠内营养乳剂。
Objective To observe the effect of enteral nutrition emulsion with sustained release starch on blood glucose, plasma insulin area and fasting blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were enrolled in this study. The fasting and postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels were compared between the first day of treatment (taking a standard breakfast) and the second and third days (using “Ruide” as breakfast). Results On the third day, the fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels at 1h were significantly lower than those at the first day (P <0.01), and the area under the curve of blood glucose (AUCG) also decreased significantly (P = 0.055) (P = 0.86 1). The study also found that the homeostasis model analysis of insulin resistance (HOMA IR) showed a decreasing trend (P = 0.021). CONCLUSION Enteral nutrition emulsions containing sustained-release starch can improve insulin resistance and reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels compared with standard breakfast, without changing the treatment regimen of diabetic patients. It is a suitable type 2 Safe enteral nutrition for diabetics.
