本文运用质性研究方法对湖南省C市22位乡镇女干部进行了访谈,研究发现:初始位置对乡镇女干部获取社会资本的影响较大,其中先赋资源占有量的多少造成了乡镇女干部获得职位以及晋升的差异,与此同时,自致性社会资本影响比重不断扩大。乡镇女干部关系的动用基于与网络桥梁距离的远近,水平层次网络桥距离的远近影响乡镇女干部的情感支持,垂直层次网络桥距离远不利于动员社会资本。处于弱势地位的乡镇女干部,在社会资本传承与发展上处于较低位置。同时还发现,乡镇女干部普遍且程度较深地存在“避嫌”思想。
This paper uses qualitative research methods to interview 22 female cadres from township of C in Hunan province. The results show that initial position has a great influence on the acquisition of social capital by township women cadres, Access to jobs and the difference between promotion, at the same time, the proportion of self-consistent social capital impact continues to expand. The use of relationship between township cadres and cadres is based on the distance from the network bridge. The distance between the level bridge and the network bridge affects the emotional support of township women cadres. The vertical distance between network bridges is far from conducive to mobilizing social capital. The disadvantaged female cadres in villages and towns have a lower position in the inheritance and development of social capital. At the same time, it is also found that female cadres in townships generally and deeply exist in their minds.
