本文对吉林省谷子品种的13个品质性状进行了研究。结果表明:粗蛋白含量多为10.5%~14.0%,赖氨酸平均含量为0.39%,脂肪平均含量为4.9%,其中棕榈酸7.71%、硬脂酸2.92%、油酸13.25%、亚油酸72.15%、亚麻酸2.51%、花生酸1.56%。维生素中的硫胺素平均5.57μg/g、核黄素0.99μg/g、生育酚53.07μg/g。微量元素硒0.50μg/g。相关分析表明,亚油酸与棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸呈极显著负相关;亚麻酸与花生酸、硬脂酸呈极显著正相关,与油酸呈极显著负相关;生育酚与微量元素硒呈显著负相关。
In this paper, 13 quality traits of millet varieties in Jilin Province were studied. The results showed that the content of crude protein was 10.5% ~ 14.0%, the average content of lysine was 0.39%, the average content of fat was 4.9%, including palmitic acid 7.71%, stearic acid 2.92%, oleic acid 13.25%, linoleic acid 72.15%, linolenic acid 2.51%, arachidic acid 1.56%. Correlation analysis showed that linoleic acid and palmitic acid, stearic acid and arachidic acid had a significant negative correlation; linolenic acid had a very significant positive correlation with arachidic acid and stearic acid, but a significantly negative correlation with oleic acid; tocopherol and Trace element selenium showed a significant negative correlation.
