为评价国产伤寒Ｖｉ 多糖菌苗的质量，作者对国产伤寒菌苗和法国菌苗进行了人体接种反应和血清学抗体的免疫持久性观察。结果表明接种伤寒Ｖｉ 多糖菌苗的全身反应和局部反应都很轻，是相当安全的；免后１ 个月、６ 个月和１２ 个月Ｖｉ抗体的阳转率和ＧＭＴ，国产菌苗与法国菌苗均没有显著性差异，表明国产伤寒Ｖｉ 多糖菌苗的质量已达到国外同类产品的水平
In order to evaluate the quality of the domestic typhoid Vi polysaccharide bacterin, the authors conducted a human vaccination response against domestic typhoid bacterin and French bacterin and an immunological persistence of serum antibodies.
