为了研究开孔试件的制孔工艺对结构疲劳寿命的影响,对采用winslow制孔工艺和传统制孔工艺的铝合金试验件分别进行疲劳试验。结果表明:Winslow制孔工艺下试件疲劳性能明显增强,平均疲劳寿命是传统制孔件的1.7倍。用统计学方法对实验数据进行分析,发现在95%的置信度下,Winslow制孔工艺中值疲劳寿命是传统制孔工艺中值疲劳寿命的1.3-2.07倍。
In order to study the influence of the hole making process of the open-hole test piece on the fatigue life of the structure, the fatigue test was performed on the aluminum test pieces adopting the winslow and traditional hole-making processes respectively. The results show that the fatigue properties of Winslow process are obviously enhanced, and the average fatigue life is 1.7 times of that of the traditional system. Using statistical methods to analyze the experimental data, it is found that the median fatigue life of the Winslow process is 1.3-2.07 times of that of the traditional process.
